Cuisine
In my head I can cook my butt off, but to be honest, I think I’m more in love with the aroma and presentation of it all than the hours spent preparing it.

Dining In
I always prepare the same four or five dishes I know them, perfect them and then call them my “signature” dishes. Now everyone thinks I know how to cook just about anything!
Dining Out
I love a fabulous restaurant. Thanks to my family of chefs, I have a sophisticated palate. So when I find a restaurant that I love, I’m addicted. It starts with good food; seasoned well. But it’s all about the entire experience. The lighting, the presentation of my food, my server, and the music; that’s what keeps me coming back.
